Q. How do I order on your website?

Q. When will i receive my order?

A. You can read our Shipping Information page to see our time frame for order delivery. Our warehouses are located around the world so if you live in the US, it normally takes two to four weeks for the product to arrive in your hands. To the rest of the world, it normally takes two to eight weeks (Depends on your Country) for the product to arrive in your hands.

Q. How do I track an order I've placed?  

A. You can read our Shipping Information page to see the complete order tracking process. Upon placing your order and once It has been processed and shipped , you will receive an email with a tracking number to your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Order Status  page to find your real-time update of your shipment. 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

Q. What if I did not receive my product or is it damaged or defective?

A. We will feel very sorry if that happens but you have 30 days to request an exchange or refund. If this is your case please read our Refund Policy, then write us to supporteam@juliarastore.com (Or through our Contact Us form) and we will be so happy to help you.

Q. What if I received my product and did not like it?

A. We've made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store, but don't worry! we offer a full refund on your order if you didn't like the product.
