Refund & Exchange Policy


Don't worry, you have 30 days after you've received your order. If your product is damaged, defective, not received or disliked, please send us an email to supporteam@juliarastore.com (Or through our Contact Us form) and we'll be happy to provide personalized attention to your case.

We will probably require a proof of purchase and evidence of the refund reason (description, pictures (if applicable) and in some cases product return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer, we will provide the address if product return is required.
