Shipping Information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Our warehouses are located around the world.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10–40 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

And then, when will i receive my order? If you live in the US, it normally takes two to four weeks for the product to arrive in your hands. To the rest of the world, it normally takes two to eight weeks (Depends on your Country) for the product to arrive in your hands.

And what about the shipping & handling rates? Well, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50 (USD) and we also offer the following weight-based shipping & handling rates:

And what happens after I've completed my order? Upon placing your order and once It has been processed and shipped , you will receive an email with a tracking number to your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Order Status page to find your real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or have any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately at supporteam@juliarastore.com (Or through our Contact Us form) and we will do all we can to investigate.
